What is your athletic background, and how did you get involved with lifting? 

I’ve always been a very sporty athletic person, I was on every single sports team in junior high and was on the cheer team in high school. I started lifting seriously a few years ago when I was working at a gym full time in the office and then my boyfriend of a couple years taught me a lot and it motivated me even more.

 

What keeps you motivated? 

What keeps me motivated is the feeling I get during and after a workout, the adrenaline. And it’s everything to see the results after hard work at the gym, makes me feel invincible.

Who’s the most inspirational person in your life?

I would say the most inspirational person in my life would be my boyfriend because no matter what curve balls life throws at him, he keeps on hustling. It keeps me motivated.

 

What does your current training split look like?

I’ll have two leg days a week, a back day, an arm day, and abs and cardio day and one of two rest days.

 

What’s your favorite body part to train?

Like most girls, I absolutely love training legs. My legs are so insanely strong, it’s so much fun to push my limits.

 

Which do you prefer, and why…steady state cardio or HIIT?

It really depends on what my energy level is that day and if I feel like a longer or shorter workout but I would say I love HIIT more because I love being drenched in sweat by the end and I feel like I get better results that way.

 

What are some of the most common mistakes made when someone is trying to get ripped?

They don’t eat right or enough. It’s important to fuel your muscles.

 

Funniest thing you’ve seen at the gym recently?

Nothing really funny happens because everyone is so careful not to make mistakes or draw bad attention.

 

Who do you look up to in the fitness world?

Buff bunny all the way. She’s complete body goals and such a sweetheart. She’s one of the genuine ones.

 

What are some of your favorite motivational quotes?

Eat clean, train dirty

 

Do you have any gym, pet peeves?

It drives me bonkers when people sit on a machine forever and most of the time they’re texting. I don’t care, I’ll go up to them and ask how many sets they have left but if they give me attitude for asking, I’ll be savage back. I hate lazy people.

What’s a sport or event that you would LOVE to try?

I’ve tried every sport so not sure how to answer this but I absolutely love soccer and basketball.

 

What are the contents of your fridge?

Ground hamburger, ground turkey, brown rice, cucumber, tomatoes, pickles, egg whites, eggs, bacon, coconut milk

 

How do you prepare meals? Do you cook daily or cook for the week? I used to cook for the week but it was so stressful. I could a large amount of food and it normally lasts a few days.

Who is your favorite superhero? And why. 

 My favorite superhero is Wonderwoman of course, she’s the definition of a strong beautiful independent woman and how sexy it is.

 

What are your favorite cheat meals and foods?

Tuqitoes and chips

Definitely fro-yo, munchies though ??

What is the most challenging thing you deal with about consistently staying in top shape?

If I’m really tired from my anxiety medication, it’s hard to get up and feel motivated.

 

What is your greatest achievement so far?

Fitness wise, going from 19% body fat to 14% body fat and getting the desired body goals I’ve always wanted.

 

If you could interview one person alive or dead, who would it be and why?

Paige Hathaway because she really has her shit together, her body is so goals and she works her ass off, I would love to get to know her.

 

What are some of your best diet, nutrition and supplementation tips for someone who wants to get ripped? 

Natural is always the way to go . Listen to your body , if the preworkout your taking is hurting your stomach or you’re too shakey , change it or take less.

 

What does your current supplementation plan look like?

Gat blue raspberry preworkout , BcAA’s during my workout and peanut butter chocolate protein after.

What are your favorite 5 muscle building exercises and why?

Glute bridges

Kickbacks

Leg curls

Sumo squats

Skaters

A combination of all of these building the perfect round butt.

Favorite activities and hobbies you enjoy when away from the gym?

I honestly don’t really have any at the moment besides my makeup that I do for work .

What’s your favorite holiday?

I would say Halloween because you get to be something or someone else and it has a dark fun vibe to the day , it’s like a mini vacation to me. I’m more of a night person.

What are your future goals, dreams, and plans?

I want to be a successful makeup artist and model full time , have travelled all over Europe and settled down in Vancouver with my boyfriend married and have had children .
