What is your athletic background, and how did you get involved with lifting?
Growing up, I was into tumbling and gymnastics, which led to cheerleading. I’ve naturally always had a more muscular physique, I guess I had built a strong frame from years of doing flips across floors! But It wasn’t until about 6 years ago that I got into lifting weights, and it quickly became a passion.
What keeps you motivated?
Seeing results! My physique is forever changing as I stay consistent in the gym, and I love being able to control that.

What does your current training split look like?
6 day split.
Tues- quads, calves
Wed- chest, back
Thursday– hams, glutes
Friday– bi’s, tri’s
Saturday– full leg
What’s your favorite body part to train?
Dem delts and glutes
Which do you prefer, and why…steady state cardio or HIIT?
HIIT definitely. Bigger bang for your buck! I’m not a fan of cardio at all, so I’d rather kill it in less time and be done!
What are some of the most common mistakes made when someone is trying to get ripped?
Not eating enough carbs! Fat burns on a carb flame.
Funniest thing you’ve seen at the gym recently?
Probably seeing old men wearing tiny spandex shorts! ??♀️

Arnold, of course!

Do you have any gym, pet peeves?
A crowded gym. I tend to do my own thing and stay in my own zone. And people that talk too much, mostly younger crowds that are always just goofing off. Also, when weights aren’t re-racked!
What’s a sport or event that you would LOVE to try?
Rugby! Or Superleague.
What are the contents of your fridge?
Eggs, chicken breast, turkey breast, beef, almond milk, organic crunchy peanut butter, Honey Crisp apples
How do you prepare meals? Do you cook daily or cook for the week?
I often prep for 3-4 days at a time.

WonderWoman – she is fierce and empowering
What are your favorite cheat meals and foods?
Burgers and pancakes. And pastries!?

Workout music – what’s on your playlist?
It ranges from Slipknot and Metallica to Travis Scot and The Wknd to ZHU and Ariana Grande. Basically anything except country!
What is the most challenging thing you deal with about consistently staying in top shape?
Diet. I can train all day everyday and love every second of it but that diet and meal prep has to be on point.
What is your greatest achievement so far?
Being a mom to an amazing 13 year old boy.
If you could interview one person alive or dead, who would it be and why?
My fathers’ mother. My dad was adopted at birth, and we still haven’t made any contact with his birth parents.
What are some of your best diet, nutrition and supplementation tips for someone who wants to get ripped?
Chances are you aren’t eating enough food throughout the day. Boost your metabolism by eating smaller portions 5-6 times a day. Also, don’t give in to buying the foods you crave while grocery shopping. Eat before you grocery shop!!
What does your current supplementation plan look like?
I use the Muscle Elements brand supplements. I drink their protein, TRUTH after a workout, and then again at night before bed since it is a time release protein. I drink Amino Flow during my workout, 2-scoops. Pre-Cre for my pre workout. I also drink Amino PM at night 5times a week to help my body recover and to get better sleep!
What are your favorite 5 muscle building exercises and why?
Hip Thrust with bands around knees- greatest glute activation, therefore making my booty grow.
Military dumbbell press- I don’t know, I guess I just love being able to control heavy ass free weights above my head, and getting the best pump
Reverse hack squats for glutes- another great exercise for tearing Into them glutes.
Squats- just a staple for muscle growth for lower body.

Favorite activities and hobbies you enjoy when away from the gym?
Going to the beach- I’m a beach bum. Long boarding with my son. Really anything outdoors as long as it isn’t cold out. I’m not a fan of cold weather!

To build my brand in fitness and help others become as passionate as I am about training and nutrition!
