What does your current supplementation plan look like?
Fish oil, glucosamine, multi, vitamin C, pre workout and protein for post workout. I also do Vitamin Infused IV drips twice a month.
What are your favorite 5 muscle building exercises and why?
Deadlifts, bench, squat, rows and leg press. Compound movements build density.
